JOHN BERGMANN, CEO
John Bergmann is the second-generation owner of Bergmann Group, the holding company for three business units. John started working within his family’s businesses in 2001 when he returned from the San Francisco Bay area where he was working for several high-tech companies. Since his return, he worked with his father for 7 years before becoming the president in 2008, which allowed continuity of superior service from one generation to the next. In the years following, John has focused on product development, market growth, and manufacturing efficiencies.
KEVIN MRACEK, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Kevin Mracek is the Executive Vice President of Bergmann Group (parent company of Workhorse Products), and came onboard in January 2022. He works closely with each business unit to develop and implement strategies that focus on growth, innovation, and providing the best possible customer experience. Business development, marketing, operations, quality, and product development are areas where Kevin uses his knowledge and expertise to drive our business and commitment to innovation forward. In engineering, Kevin holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree. Prior to joining Bergmann Group, he worked for over 2 decades in both international middle-market and Fortune 500 companies.
STEVE BROTHERS, NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
Steve Brothers is the National Sales Manager for Waterloo Healthcare. He joined the company in 2009, and has a total of 26 years of medical industry experience. Using the expertise he gained over the years; Steve supports our network of distributors. He is proficient in both small- and large-scale procedure cart projects, and his drive to improve patient outcomes shows through his passion for assisting customers in configuring their optimal carts.
SONIA NAVARRO, CUSTOMER SERVICE LEAD
Sonia Navarro has been with Waterloo Healthcare since 2017, and is our Customer Service Lead. Working alongside our representatives to provide the absolute best service possible, she makes sure our customers’ needs are met, and supports our network of distributors and end users with product quotes and their purchasing needs.
ANCELMO (SAM) GARCIA, CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Ancelmo (Sam) Garcia is one of our Customer Service Representatives. He joined Waterloo Healthcare mid-2022, and brought over 20 years of experience in customer service with him. To ensure customers get the best carts for their facilities, Sam works with our other reps and distributors, and provides recommendations and quotes for Waterloo products to our customers.
MALIA RITZ, TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Malia Ritz is a Technical Support Representative at Waterloo Healthcare. Prior to joining our team in 2019, she worked in other industries for over 15 years providing technical support and systems training. As the main line of support for Waterloo Healthcare’s customers, Malia provides troubleshooting and operations support for all products across our entire line of medical carts.
KODY PFOST, TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
Kody Pfost is a Waterloo Healthcare Technical Support Representative who became a member of our team in 2015. Before coming to our company, he already had a decade of experience in the medical industry. Kody provides superior support to our customers by helping them work through any technical issues or questions that come up regarding our products.
